Red/Orange Lights Spotted In The Sky Flying Over Parksville Vancouver Island British Columbia

Date:  May 5, 2012
Time:  10:00 p.m.

As my family and I were driving home from the Avengers on Saturday night, we arrived in Parksville at 10:00 p.m., just passing Buckerfields my wife was looking at the bright moon, then said look at those stars, is that the big dipper?

No, those stars are too bright and red/orange to be the big dipper, so we turned down Despard to check it out.

As we were at the stop sign of Craig and Despard looking south, southeast at the lights, we realized that the 4 red lights  were now moving east.

So we pulled over and watched. As they approached south they veered slightly up and faded out of sight.

Then another one came from southwest faster than the others and flew to the same area as the first four, then veered slightly up then faded out of sight.

Then 2 more came from the southwest, one in front of the other. The one ahead moving slightly faster than the one behind it, and both fading out of sight in the same area that the others did.

So we saw 7 total. 4 then 1 then 2 we couldn't explain it and how there was no sound of any kind and how they moved. We are still baffled.

Orange Glowing Lights Seen In The Sky Over Edmonton Alberta

Date:  May 5, 2012
Time:  Evening.

We were just sitting in our yard around a fire in Edmonton, Alberta when our attention was drawn to glowing orange balls in the sky. At first there were two that disappeared and then another one that was floating north.

As we were watching, that one disappeared and another one was coming from the south heading north. We know it was not a star or a satellite. They moved too fast. My husband took a video of the last one as it moved, which did not turn out too good.

When I checked the Internet I came across your information so I decided to send you what the four if us witnessed. Do you know what they were?

Orange Colored Low Flying Object Emitted A Strange Sound Observed Over Brantford Ontario

Date:  May 5, 2012
Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Dear Brian, my name is (name removed) and earlier tonight me and 3 of my friends were looking at the Super Moon with a telescope at my friends residence on the Garden Ave., area of Brantford, Ontario, at approximately 10:30 p.m. May 5, 2012.

One of my friends pointed attention to something moving in an east to west direction over his backyard. The object was a orange orb like craft with flashes of red pulsing from it, it moved very slowly through the sky and emitted a strange sound.

It was low to the ground and moved right over top of us, we could clearly see the object, it's hard to explain and it was like nothing we have ever seen before.

It was almost like it’s shape kept moving, the whole encounter lasted about 3-4 minutes as it slowly moved from east to west across the sky.

Then as it reached the other horizon, it flashed twice and then disappeared. As soon as I got home I looked online to see if anyone else reported it or seen anything.

I found your article about a similar sounding object in the same town from April 6 this year, thought I would share to hope and see if anyone else saw it, because it was spectacular.

Orange Ball Of Fire Seen In The Sky Over Kennisis Lake Haliburton Highlands Ontario

Date:  Summer of 2010
Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Hi, my wife and I saw two strange sightings when building a bonfire at our cottage in the Summer of 2010. Both occurred around 10:00 p.m. Sightings happened about two weeks apart.

First one was on a clear night. A very bright (ball of fire) approached towards us from the north. It was much brighter than Venus. It appeared to turn direction slightly and move in a south/east direction, crossing to the far horizon in about 20 seconds. Much too quick for a plane or a satellite. It was completely silent.

We figured it was a meteorite and the perception that it changed direction was an illusion. With no other objects visible in the atmosphere there was no point of reference to determine distance away or size of the object.

The second sighting started from the the same northern location, another ball of fire except it was brighter and approached our position more slowly.  We looked with binoculars and could make out glimpses of a large smooth globe (like glass) that was being obscured by fire emitting from it.

It seemed to slow down and pause and then made a 90 degree turn to the west and accelerated out of site in about 10 seconds. Again it was completely silent but as it turned westward it went in front of a cloud and there was no mistake that it was within our atmosphere.

We did a Google search back in 2010 but found no reports of similar sightings. I just thought about it again tonight because there is a UFO show on TV. I found a witnesses report on my search.

Unknown Object Passes Over Witnesses Apartment And Blue Object Falls From The Sky Over Brampton Ontario

Date:  April 27, 2012
Time:  Approx: 2:30 a.m.

Hey Brian, I meant to send this email earlier, I had originally posted about a strange bright white lights in the sky over Brampton, Ontario at the beginning of April, not to long after maybe about 2 weeks the lights I was seeing seemed to have stopped, but as fast as it stopped it had started again.

I was sitting in my room with my wife when her daughter and I had noticed a bright light flying yet again. I grabbed my phone and started taping and noticed it had dimmed and then had vanished out of nowhere, I have bin trying to upload the video on to YouTube, but I have been having problems.

I will keep trying to put it on there. Now on Friday 27 April 2012 my wife and I were sitting in our room at about 2:30 a.m. or so and had noticed a very deep noise. Now planes don't fly over our apartment at that time, but I had stood up to take a look to see what it was, and sure enough there was an object flying over pretty low.

I couldn't see exactly what shape it was, but I had noticed it had an extremely bright white light that would flash very slow and only white (not white and red or white and blue). As I was looking at this thing flying over us from northwest to southeast this thing took off like a bat out of hell straight south and higher up and then disappeared.

Even though I was expecting something weird to happen, its still gave me an uneasy, yet very curious feeling.

I kept looking out south in the sky and all of a sudden I see a bright blue light fall straight down in the sky not too far and then vanished.  I don't have a clue of what it is or was, but I know it wasn't from here and given the fact that there have been over 5,000 reports similar, something is definitely up.

Its also a nice feeling knowing you're not the only one seeing these things as well.

Possible Spherical Shaped UFO Spotted Flying Over Vancouver British Columbia

Date:  May 28, 2009
Time:  11:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Roughly spherical.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On Thursday night, May 28, 2009 at about 11:30 p.m. I was walking home. I was only a block away from my apartment, at Delmont Park on 7th Ave. and Arbutus St. in Vancouver.

I was walking along the sidewalk at the edge of the park beside the blackberry bushes, just before the train tracks. I paused to look at the view downtown and I looked up. I saw an object fly by. It came from the southeast going straight northwest.

It looked to be a small white round object. It looked like it was not quite spherical, as though it may have had an edge protruding along the sides. It was dark outside and I could not distinctly see the boundaries of the object.

At the time, I estimated that it was about 200 yards away from me, up in the air, at approximately a 45 degree angle above in front of me. I thought it was about two feet in diameter. The sky was mostly covered with clouds that were broken up with gaps between them so this obscured the clarity of the object even more. My state of mind was normal.

I did not consume any alcohol or drugs. This experience did not have any effect on me. I almost forgot about it.

Two weeks later, when I wrote down this account on June 11th, I went out at noon to the same spot. Holding my thumb up at arm's length, I estimated that the object was almost the width of my thumb. What I'm unsure of is the distance.

It may have been about only 200 feet away. It's hard to estimate. The object was completely silent and did not look like a bird. It was a bit faster than a bird, maybe about 35 mph. It looked almost spherical with maybe an edge and birds do not look spherical.

It had no lights at all. I just saw it in the reflected city lights. It went in a straight line until it was out of my sight, with buildings blocking my view. The sighting lasted for about seven seconds.

At the time of the unexpected sighting I did not believe that it was a UFO. When I went home and thought about it, I still didn't think it was a genuine UFO, in the sense of it being an alien craft, but I felt I had to be open to that possibility since I just couldn't guess what it was.

Now, I'm a bit more inclined to think that maybe it was a real UFO, but I just don't feel definite about that. I keep wondering what it was. It did not look dramatic or special, but it wasn't a plane, it was silent with no lights and too small and it didn't look like a plane.

It was a silent night, my neighborhood was quiet. If the object made a noise I would have heard it unless it was miles high.

If that's so, then it was much bigger than I guessed. The focusing of my eyes made me conclude that it was close to me, not far away. I wish I could figure out what it was.
